The owner and operator problem

Margins are shrinking, and more software hasn’t stopped it.

Revenue has grown, but operating costs have grown faster, and what is left for the owner keeps shrinking. Operators have answered with tool after tool, each one adds another system, solves a single issue and still leaves people to coordinate between them.

Meanwhile, the onset of AI tools have created an opportunity for owners to explore incremental savings and revenue but these bolt-on “solutions” struggle to move the needle in a traditional operating setting.

Introducing AI Hospitality Group

AI Hospitality Group is reimagining the traditional operating model.

AIHG is a third-party hotel operator built on a different operating model: an autonomous back office and a fully human, guest-facing team. Not another system for your team to learn, and instead a different way of running the hotel, designed to give owners their margin back.

  1. 01 · PeopleA fully human, guest-facing team.

AI runs the back office. People run the hotel.

  2. 02 · ProcessOne operating standard.

The same way of running every department, every day.

  3. 03 · CultureLeaders on the floor.

Managers lead from the lobby, not from the back office.

  4. 04 · AI orchestrationAgents in the back office.

Proprietary agents work across the PMS, POS, revenue, labor, finance and sales systems, so coordination no longer falls to managers.

How we are paidWhen owners win, AIHG wins.

AIHG’s economics are tied to hotel performance, not base fees alone. We take on the operating model and carry the result with you.

What AI-native means

AI isn’t a feature we added. It’s the structure.

AI Hospitality Group is a hotel management company whose operating model was designed around AI from day one. The agents do not replace the systems your hotel already runs. They coordinate across them.

For the back office

Nothing to rip out, and nothing new for the team to learn. What it gives back is the scarcest resource in a hotel: time — for strategy, execution, the guest experience, and the team.

More about AINSAIHG is an AI-native services company: a hotel operator, not a software vendor. The thesis behind that model is set out in Sequoia’s Services: The New Software.

The general manager · an example

One leader, in front of the hotel instead of behind a desk.

The general manager is one example of what this changes. Every workflow on property runs through one person, who then has to chase updates and compile the reporting. AIHG takes on that back-office work, so the GM leads the hotel from the front.

SDSloan Dean

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Sloan Dean

Sloan Dean is the Founder & CEO of AI Hospitality Group, the industry’s first AI-Native Hotel Management Company. A Georgia Tech industrial engineer by training, he approaches every business problem with the same rigor he brings to the gym 5+ days a week. Before starting AIHG, Sloan served as COO and then CEO & President of Remington Hospitality from 2018 to 2025, Sloan joined Remington Hospitality with zero third-party managed hotels and built it into a portfolio of over 100 properties — expanding across the US and into the Caribbean and Latin America. He has been recognized as one of Dallas's most influential business leaders and named to the Dallas 500 multiple years in a row. In addition to building AI Hospitality Group, he is the Founder & Host of "Not Done" — a weekly podcast and platform for hospitality leaders who refuse to stop growing.

EMEve Moore

Founding Chief Operating Officer

Eve Moore

Eve Moore is the Founding Chief Operating Officer of AI Hospitality Group, where she leads operations across the portfolio. She began her career in full-service hotels, with thirteen years at Hilton in finance and operations leadership. From there, she helped build a start-up management company with an Atlanta developer, serving as Vice President of Hotel Operations at Legacy Ventures Hospitality. She then moved into larger-scale, above-property roles as Divisional Vice President of Operations at Remington Hospitality and Executive Vice President of Operations at Magna Hospitality Group. That background has given Eve a clear view of how culture, guest experience and the numbers move together. Her current role at AIHG is, by design, different from that of a traditional COO: AI is the load-bearing structure underneath the P&L, and Eve’s job is to make sure her teams operate to the standards that structure is built to support. But meeting these standards is only half of the job. When technology carries more of the weight, it hands back the one thing hotel operators never have enough of: time. That’s the AIHG difference, and Eve’s focus is making sure that reclaimed time is invested where it matters most: on strategy, guests and team members. That investment produces the kind of hospitality that only happens when talented people have room to do their best work.

There he led asset strategy, business intelligence, and data architecture across a portfolio of 150+ properties and built and scaled the company’s proprietary BI platform into a gold-standard enterprise analytics product. Most recently, Zach served as Vice President of Asset Strategy & Analytics at Schulte Hospitality, leading strategy for a portfolio of 200+ hotels. Zach holds an MBA and a Master’s in Finance & Economics, with undergraduate degrees in business and computer science. He has also completed Executive Education at Cornell University and MIT.

Outside the office, the titles that matter most to him are dad and husband.
